RekashPay Help Center

1. What is RekashPay?

RekashPay is a platform that enables seamless fund flows between stablecoins and fiat currencies.

With RekashPay, you can:

  • Deposit USDT / USDC and transfer funds to a designated bank account in fiat
  • Make cross-border transfers
  • Transfer funds between RekashPay users
  • Withdraw digital assets to external blockchain wallets

2. How it works

  • Create an account and complete identity verification (KYC)
  • Deposit USDT / USDC
  • Add a recipient (bank account)
  • Submit a withdrawal request
  • Funds are transferred to the recipient’s bank account in fiat

3. Account & Verification (KYC)

Why is verification required?

To comply with regulatory requirements and ensure transaction security, all users must complete identity verification before accessing fund-related features.

What happens if my verification fails?

If your verification is not approved:

  • In some cases, you may resubmit corrected information
  • In other cases, verification may not be allowed to proceed
  • If you have any questions, please contact support.

How long does verification take?

Verification is usually completed within minutes, but may take longer in some cases.

4. Deposit (Crypto)

What assets are supported?

  • USDT
  • USDC

How do I deposit?

  • Obtain your deposit address in the app
  • Transfer funds from your wallet
  • Wait for blockchain confirmation

How long does it take?

Processing time depends on the blockchain network and confirmation speed.

My deposit is not received

Please check:

  • Network type (e.g. TRC20 / ERC20)
  • Transaction status
  • If confirmed but not credited, please contact support with your transaction hash (TxID).

5. Withdrawal (Fiat Transfer)

How do I withdraw funds?

  • Select a recipient
  • Enter the amount
  • Review exchange rate and fees
  • Confirm the transaction

How long does it take?

Funds are typically transferred within 1–5 business days.

In some cases, processing may take longer due to:

  • Bank processing times
  • Intermediary bank handling
  • Compliance or risk review

Important note

Actual arrival time may vary depending on the receiving bank and international transfer process. Some delays may be beyond the platform’s control.

When is the exchange rate locked?

The exchange rate is locked at the time of confirmation.

6. Fees & Exchange Rates

What fees are included?

The total cost may include:

  • Exchange rate spread
  • Network fees
  • Payment channel fees

How are fees presented?

All fees are displayed separately before you confirm the transaction. Under the current model, the transfer amount and the recipient’s received amount are the same, and fees are charged separately.

👉 Example:

You send: 1000 USD Recipient receives: 1000 USD Fees: charged separately (as shown on the confirmation page)

Will the rate change after confirmation?

No. The exchange rate is fixed once the transaction is created.

7. Transaction Status

You can check the status of your transaction in the order details. Common statuses include:

  • Processing — Your transaction has been created and is being processed
  • Sent — Funds have been submitted to the banking system
  • On the way — Funds are in transit between banks
  • Completed — Funds have been successfully credited
  • Failed — The transaction was not completed successfully
  • Refund in progress — Funds are being returned to your account balance

Processing times may vary depending on the status.

8. Refunds

How are refunds processed?

If a transaction fails or is returned:

  • Funds are returned through the banking process
  • The platform confirms receipt of funds
  • Funds are credited to your RekashPay account balance

How long does a refund take?

Refunds typically take 1–5 business days, but may take longer in some cases.

Why are refunds not sent back to the original account?

To ensure consistency and security, refunds are credited to your RekashPay account balance. Once received, you may choose to:

  • Withdraw to a bank account
  • Or transfer funds to a blockchain wallet

9. Delayed Transfers

Why is my withdrawal delayed?

Your withdrawal is currently being processed. Due to banking and international transfer processes, arrival times may vary. Typically, transfers are completed within 1–5 business days, but may take longer in some cases.

Possible reasons for delays

  • Bank processing differences
  • Intermediary bank handling
  • Compliance or review procedures
  • Weekends or public holidays

Are my funds safe?

Your funds remain secure within the processing flow. When the status is “Sent” or “On the way”, funds have entered the banking system and typically cannot be accelerated or cancelled, but they will not be lost.

What should I do?

In most cases, no action is required:

  • Please wait for processing to complete
  • Monitor the transaction status

When should I contact support?

Please contact support if:

  • Funds have not arrived after 5 business days
  • The status has not been updated for an extended period
  • There are concerns about recipient details
